Nazarenko S. The formation and development of regional cluster of life support: methodology and practice

The object of study: the process of formation of a regional cluster of life necessities. The aim of study: the development and grounding of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations concerning the formation and the extension of regional cluster of life necessities. Methods of study: method of abstraction; method of generalization; methods of induction and deduction; historical and logical methods; method of sampling; method of grouping; method of scientific assessment; method of statistical comparison; method of extrapolation; method of forecasting; economical and mathematical modeling; SWOT-analysis; heuristic method. The practical significance of results lays in the fact that the conclusions and proposals presented in the present thesis work can be used in the work of bodies of executive and legislative power during the process of improvement of public policy in the sphere of socio-economic development of Ukrainian regions. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the role of life necessities' cluster as a fundamental basis of living standards was reasonably grounded; the conceptual directions of integration and development of life necessities support system of the region were proposed. Were implemented: the system and principles of development of life necessities' cluster through the supplement of the general principles by specific; methodological approach to the formation and development of the reference cluster of life necessities; organizational and functional model of steering system over the quality of life necessities' cluster. Further developments have got: the study of problems of improvement of quality in the life necessities sector; the proposed indexes of quality of life necessities of Ukrainian citizens and their grouping.
