Mikhalchenko G. Theoretical and methodological principles of formation of the foreground branches of reproduction and development of population

The object of study: processes of decent quality of life ensuring. The aim of study: theoretical and methodological grounding of formation of priority ways of reproduction and the development of population in the context of decent quality of life ensuring. Methods of study: general-scientific and special methods; historical and logical methods; induction and deduction; method of comparison and synthesis; method of systematic approach; abstract and logical methods. The practical significance of results lays in the fact that the main positions of the present thesis work were used in the practical activity of the Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; the positions of the present scientific work were also used during the development of the Regional Program "Education in Donetsk in 2012-2016". Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the new approaches to the concept of study of the quality of life of population in Ukraine in modern conditions were set forth forcefully; comprehensive approach to the construction of the educational system was developed and suggested; a comprehensive approach to the process of housing and public utility services' problems solving in Ukraine was developed and proposed. Were implemented: the principles of ensuring of social standards and guarantee of the decent quality of life in Ukraine; the classification of factors of influence onto the quality of life and the development of population in Ukraine. Further developments have got: the generalization of scientific studies regarding the reproduction and the development of population and the isolation of "human capital" category; the methods of analysis of the level of life and development of population in the regions and in Ukraine in general nowadays.
