A theoretical explanatory model of an educational paradigm which is an ontological meta-principle of a modern education area was outworked and rationalized in the Thesis. It was acknowledged a methodological importance of system-active approach for educational theory and practice. Definite amendments in defining specificity of social-philosophic content of paradigmality have been contributed. We have defined content specificity and usage limits of paradigm concept toward theoretical activity in an educational area and also to applied educational activity, its organization and realizing with regard to some ideas, concepts, technologies which are implemented by their patterns and models. There has been defined nature and sources of educational values. Aksiological characteristics of modern education system as its frame of reference include spiritual and cultural mission of personality forming in society. It is explained by the thesis that education system as a whole is anthropological one according to its nature. It is demonstrated that modern universal development is characterized by two principal tendencies: globalization and informatization. There has been substantiated that globalization and informatization influence an education institution because new educational reality and problems appear and demand their decisions which is connected with necessity of comprehension and changes of modern education paradigm basics.
