Piskunova O. The models of a decision-making on the small entrepreneurship development problems

The thesis is devoted to the modelling methodology development and the construction of the correspondent complex of mathematical models of small entrepreneurship development under uncertainty conditions and the risk, caused by it, based on the suggested concept of the composition uncertainty. The methodology and models complex are appointed for the analysis of the instruments efficiency of small business support in Ukraine. The complex of econometric models, in particular, enables to research factors of small entrepreneurship development and analyze the efficiency of the infrastructure of the small entrepreneurship support. The models complex of the small enterprise dynamics enables to analyze the efficiency of finance and credit support of small enterprises and simplified taxation systems. There has been accounted in the models: conditions of market situation; stochasticity of the output and resources prices; different variants of profit reinvestment policy; possibility of productive capacity underutilization; businessmen expectations. There has been worked out the models complex of evaluation of system characteristics of managerial decisions and system characteristics of the enterprise functioning. The model of the evaluation of the innovative ability of a small enterprise has been built. There has been worked out the model of the enterprise dysfunctions analysis connected with the partial tax evasion. There have been offered the methodological regulations of application of the developed mathematical models complex in a decision-making system on the small business development problem.
