Sopivnyk R. Theoretical and methodological principles of future leadership formation of agro industry experts

Dissertation focuses on the development of leadership skills of future professionals in agricultural industry. In this dissertation special attention is paid to the theory of leadership as an expression of personality. The results of the experimental work on evaluation and selection of leadership precise the concept of "leader" and "leadership" in the context of specific APC. The role of the main subjects of the educational work of agricultural universities is to implement the leadership potential of youth and experience in the formation of leadership behavior. Much attention is paid to the construction and analysis of the implementation of the model of future professionals leadership in the agricultural sector, which suggests the educational environment, the selection of valid and relevant objectives of education forms and methods of educational work ("Republic of students", "Summer School Student Government", "School of Leadership").
