Object of research: management processes by difficult economic objects. Purpose of research: further development of methodology of design of processes of project management by difficult economic objects due to application of principles of theory of the viable systems, methodologies of system dynamics and management by projects, that it directionally on the improvement of efficiency of financially-economic activity of difficult economic objects. Methods of research: methods of supervision, measuring, comparison, design, expert methods, matrix methods, normative methods, cross-correlation methods, methods of project and functionally-cost analysis, methods of construction of network models and matrices, methods of decouplig.
