The dissertation carried out a development of conception, theoretic and methodological fundamentals and instruments of economic and mathematical modeling and forming of information technologies tools of marketing decisions acceptance processes in the conditions of uncertainty and multidimensionality of market environment. Ascertained the nature and characteristics of the category "Marketing Solutions". Built the system-cybernetic basis of marketing decisions acceptance process, substantiated the role of algorithmic information component basis, which creates its intellectual foundation. The structure of model basis analytic component is determined. Built the structure of organizational and economic mechanism of management of marketing decisions acceptance process. Developed the conceptual positions of dataware formation, substantiated the creation of an information base, built the informational model of this process. Ascertained the role and position of information technology in single process of marketing decisions acceptance, built its structure. Argued the determination of information technology model profiles aimed at solving specific problems. Developed the complex of economic and mathematical model for the formation of fuzzy preference relations, fuzzy and multistage optimization, integral evaluation of the marketing decisions efficiency. Improved scientific and methodological approach to the interpretation of the integral index of efficiency by according its scale with levels admissibility decision.
