Thesis is dedicated to the issue of the development of methodological principles of strategy for the perspective development of automobile operating companies and realization of methods, models and algorithms for the improvement of their competitiveness. On the base of analysis of scientific works there had been determined the essence of the notion organizational and technical development as the complex of active, irreversible, directed regular variations. There had been developed the methodological principles of imitational simulation of strategic organizational and technical development of manufacturing systems on the automobile transport.
