Essay

In dissertation the theory and practice of higher pedagogical education development in Ukraine is characterized, taking into account its modern state and prospects of development. The description of higher pedagogical education is represented in dissertation as the subject of scientific searches and interpretations; the notional and conceptual aspect of the problem of higher pedagogical education development is characterized, the methodology of becoming and development of higher pedagogical education of Ukraine is substantiated. Higher pedagogical education is interpreted as a component of subsystem of educational field from the position of system and paradigma approaches. Theoretical principles of higher pedagogical education development are found out in the noted period. The trends of higher education development in the context of Bologna declaration are analysed, modern educational reforms in Europe developed countries are investigated, practice of modernization of pedagogical education in different countries is described.
