Essay

The thesis describes theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems of postgraduate education and training management adjusting to socio-economic changes in the society. These changes made postgraduate education and training reforming in accordance with the market principles, as well as increasing of management flexibility to meet the requirements of labour and education market in Teachers Training Instituts' education activity. The state of theoretical elaboration and standard - methodological provision of Teachers Training Institute is determined. The essence of marketing, its development in education and its role as mechanism of social reorientation to market economy in education is clarified. The concept considering market management of Teachers Training Institutes' postgraduate education and training as managerial activity is scientifically grounded. This activity provides market effect on the system of organizational and educational measures which ensure knowledge acquisition by those postgraduate students who study at an appropriate education and qualification level according to the state educational standards and the students' personal educational needs. The appraisal of the conceptual model of Teachers Training Institute's postgraduate education is also given. It proves the use of the advanced technology in the Teachers Training Institutes' market management, facilitated a task - oriented, systematic work, which led to the conclusion about the introduction of new forms and methods of training on the basis of study and meeting the customers' educational needs of services provided by the institution. The regulations and recommendations for the use of Teacher Training Institute's marketing management are made on the basis of marketing center of Teachers Training Institute.
