Luzan S. Conception of restoration repair of vehicles transport and their elements by the integrated gasoflame technologies

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of the scientifically-applied problem of increase wear proof and resource details at repair of vehicles transport by application of the integrated gasoflame technologies of the evaporation recovering coating. The designed concept of the reconstruction repair, representing the fourth stage of life cycle the product - exploitation, service and repair, as logistic system consisting of two subsystems. The created methodology of modeling in the process of choice of technology of the recovering the details allows to take into account influence on quality of gasoflame coating technical-economic factor. Theoretical and experimental researches allowed to execute quantitative estimation of increase resource the details recovered by the integrated technologies, install the dependencies of characteristic covering with technological parameter technology, which are integrated. Results, recommendations, findings executed applied researches are used and introduced for strengthening new and recovering the worn-out details of the machines and equipment on enterprise of the Ukraine: JC "Kharkov tractor plant", RPE "Technochill", SSE "Institute of the problems of governing the National academy of the sciences" (Kharkov); RPE "Rig" (Kramatorsk).
