Hrуnkevуch S. Strategic Imperatives of Labor Potential Development and Using in Information Economy

The object of the study are the development and using imperatives of labor potential in the information economy. The aim of the thesis is to develop the theoretical and methodological bases of research of labor potential in the conditions of the information economy, and on this basis - an integrated scientific concept of development and using of labor potential in the information economy. Methods: synthesis and comparison of system-structural, statistical and taxonomic analysis, sociological research, and others. Theoretical results are conceptual in addressing the development and using of labor potential in the information economy. Bottom line: the dissertation is a scientific rationale for balanced development and productive use of labor potential in the context of the establishment of the information economy. Scientific novelty: the first time the concept of long-term development and using of labor potential of Ukraine; quotient-conceptual approach to the creation, development and using of labor potential; improved: the key position the factor of influence on the employment potential in conditions of the information economy; directions forming component structure of the system of values of the labor potential of Ukraine; conceptual model of regulation of the labor potential in shear and time; direction of balanced development of labor potential in period of the information economy; theoretical and applied principles of application anticipative management; received further development: the definition of "information economy", "transformation of labor potential using", "innovatization work". Degree of implementation: this study introduced in the market practice of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, programs and projects of the Department of Information and Development of Information Society of the State Agency on Science, Innovations and Informatization of Ukraine, Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies (Lviv), Department of Economics of Chernivtsi City Council, the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, Lviv Regional Council, the Department of Social Welfare of the Lviv Regional State Administration, LLC TMC "Lvivkholod" of "Aktion Ukraine" (Lviv) and used in learning process of Lviv Commercial Academy.
