Essay

This thesis is dedicated to the problem of determining the identity of the system in a dynamic social space. The subjects of this research are the system and principles of the social identity creating. The author made the classification of approaches to solving of the identity problem in the philosophy and shown the ways out from the methodological crisis. This paper presents the author's concept of "topos" and the holistic topological model of socio-philosophical analysis of society. The author defined the methodological principles of the social institutes topology. This thesis analyzed the classical and non-classical paradigm of identity. The author proved that the identity problem was not connected only with the idea of postmodern philosophy about spraying the subject. This problem had appeared with concept of "subject" in modern philosophy and its interpretations in the social and law relations. The concept of "objectivity" was developed in the thesis. It was indicated the distinction of constructs "world" and "objectivity", which were used for illumination of the topological approach to understanding of the identity problem. The author presented the idea of identity as the realization of the human right to create their own image. The author analyzed of the concepts "actor" and "actant" as a part of the idea the heterogeneity of social space. The topos was represented like an attribute of the social relations network structure. This paper presented the author's conception of the topology of identity in the condition of social space activity. The topological system helps to destruct of the modern ideology subject. On the example of a network and streaming schemes of social objects and processes have been proven fallacy homeomorphism social, legal, and cultural identities in the borderland of civilizations. The author refers to the analysis of Ukrainian laws XVIІ - XX centuries as an illustration of the law individualization and subsidiarity, which form non-linear topology model of social identity. In this context, the concept of "liberty" was considered as a central element of mental and legal space in the situation of the intersection of social and cultural practices.
