The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles of compensation policy formation under the conditions of social and labor relationships transformation. The new vectors of compensation policy evolution under the conditions of social and labor relationships transformation have been substantiated. The organizational-economic mechanism of compensation policy formation has been developed. The directions of the institutional environment of compensation policy formation in Ukraine have been determined. The scientific and practical principles of the development of compensation model of labor remuneration and compensation package components in order to providing of remuneration equity have been substantiated.
