Kalashnyk N. The civil servants' self-education in Ukraine in the social changes terms

On the basis of the comprehensive and systematic theoretical-methodological and conceptual analysis of the thesis, the methodology was proposed to increase the performance of the professionalisation of the civil service personnel through the effective management of civil servants' self-education. Specifies the peculiarities of self-education of civil servants, as a separate professional community, was justified by the specificity of civil servants' self-education in the social changes conditions. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of civil servants' self-education in the information society. It is proposed governance structure of the civil servants' self-education. It is advanced classification of types and forms of civil servants' self-education. Proposals on improving the legal framework for the implementation of the civil servants' self-education, recognition of its results, the creation of organizational structures for self-management, its resources and adjustment structural adjustment means of self-educational activity in accordance with the requirements and needs of civil servants. Considerable attention is paid to the motivation of civil servants for self-education, the analysis of domestic and foreign experience of civil servants' self-education management; study the modern trends in the development of human resources in the civil service, which made it possible to substantiate the development strategy of self-education of civil servants in Ukraine. It is justified control algorithm of civil servants' self-education in the professional activities of public officials. It is proposed the project of the Concept of development of civil servants' self-education in Ukraine.
