Thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for the formation of a system of capitalization of the human potential, taking into account the strategic orientations of human development in the regions of Ukraine. The paper suggested theoretical approaches methodological capitalization of human potential through regional imperative. Formulation of a regional-spatial paradigm of human development, given its characteristics, the value shown; analyzed the level of differentiation of socio-economic and human development in the regional dimension. Defined multiplier effect of macroeconomic growth due to capitalization. An approach to the assessment of the modernization process of capitalization of human potential. Develop a regional model of the process control capitalization of human potential and marked conceptual basis for improving the quality of life of the population. The strategic direction of the socio-economic equalization of regional disparities of human development, taking into account the priorities of development of the regions of Ukraine.
