Pavlov S. Pharmacologic correction of the mitochondrial dysfunction in cerebral ischemia condition (experimental study)

The thesis is dedicated to the experimental choice of the pharmacological correction of the mitochondrial dysfunction, diagnosed with biochemical and morphohystometrical studies in condition of the acute cerebral ischemia. There are fundamental problems of the neurobiology and neuropharmacology, as decoding of the endogen molecular-biological mechanisms of the mitochondrial dysfunction development in cerebral ischemia, studied in the article. The ways of it's pharmacological correction were proved. Complex of the given data has high importance for the understanding of the pathogenesis of the mitochondrial dysfunction development, that is in the basis of the pathological postischemic cell processes. Rationality of the combination of the thiol antioxidants with metabolite tropic aminoacids (L-lisiniy-3-methyl - 1,2,4-triasolil - 5 thioacetate - "Angiolin") was improved. New data were achieved: this medical drug has antioxidant, mitprotective, energotropic, apoptose modeling activity in in vitro and in vivo experiments.
