Essay

Based on the systematic analysis of the dangerous environmental situations, that arise during the oil product emission, the source, ways and forms of the inflowing and the expansion of the oil products in the environment are analyzed and studied. A special program-analytical system "SAER" was worked out on the basis of the fully functional GIS MapInfo v. 5.0 for ecological safety management and evaluation of potential environmental risks that allows to receive data monitoring, to predict the development of emergency situations, objectively assess potential environmental risks, to provide effective support management decisions to minimize environmental impacts and to monitor the repair and restoration works. The patterns of the process of the immobilization of the differentiated cenosis were determined from the screening of bacterial, yeast and algal cultures in the areas of the railway lines. On the basis of the established patterns the spectrum of the biocomposite materials and the biopolymer complex were worked out in order to intensify the purification and reduction of oily soils. A mathematical model of the forecasting the biopurification process and the optimization of the biopolymer complex was proposed. The conditions, characteristics and limitations of the use of the biological methods of soil purification from the oil products were studied.
