Essay

For the first time the phenomenon of organizational culture of ahead of general educational institution is investigated. It is defined as a combination of a values-based high-level professionalism and personal culture of ahead of general educational institution. The nature, content, typology and functions of organizational culture of ahead of general educational institution in the interdisciplinary context of social sciences and humanities are substantiated. Its structural and semantic specificity is determined. The trends, patterns and principles of organizational culture development of a head of general educational institution are singled out and characterized. The main theoretical and methodological provisions are summarized in the concept on the basis of which the model of organizational culture development of ahead of general educational institution in postgraduate education system is developed and experimentally tested; the conditions for its effective use are defined. The factors and criteria for evaluating the levels of organizational culture of ahead of general educational institution are substantiated. The theoretical principles on administrative activity of ahead of general educational institution on the basis of pedagogical management are specified. The relevant scientific methodological recommendations, special courses for Master's degree students and students of qualification upgrading courses have been developed and put into practice
