Essay

The significance of the study is the need to objectively identify the place and role of youth in public policy regarding physical-sports fields. Traditionally, it was thought that different of party and social organizations, which were supported of Communist Party contributed to the consolidation of young people, their education and establishment of ethical virtues. Instead, numerous narratives evidently demonstrates aegis of immorality, hypertrophied development of the military component of physical training, which certify strictly utilitarian purpose of power in cultivation of organized physical activity. Topical is issued getting new knowledge is about 1920-1940-ies, when formed a new model of physical culture, power endeavored to give it to the USSR, and Ukraine, in particular, own meanings, as reflected in the spread of militarization of sport; his "proletarianization". This is made possible through of the closed Soviet society and its totalitarian essence. Later, after the Second World War, USSR endured the confrontation from the fields of fighting on sports, went into the international arena. Thus, changed the paradigm of physical culture, "mass", "military" that were a priority in the last decade, are discarded in favor of preparing high-class athletes.
