Object: teachers' professionalism developmentin the system of In-Service teacher training. Aim: to reveal andexplorethe Natural Sciences teachers' professionalism development genesis in Ukraine's system of In-Service teacher training in the 1940-s of the XX century ? the beginning of the XXI century. Practical application significance: two faculty courses have been developed, accompanied with the syllabus and a manual. Methods: the systematic and historic approach, chronological and diachronic, comparative; search and bibliography analysis; critical analysis done on the studied scientific and teaching methods literature; structural and systematic content, forms, methods and educational aids' analysis.
