Object of search - cattle, affected with papillomatosis and dogs with tumors of the breast (MR). The aim of the investigation - to justify the comprehensive treatment of cattle affected with papillomatosis, and dogs with neoplasia of breast using palliative-surgical methods, biotherapy, chemotherapy and rehabilitation therapy. Research methods - clinical, morphological, physical, biochemical, immunological, instrumental (radiography, sonography) pathomorphologic (cytological and histological), microbiological, statistics. Scientific novelty: for the first time it was performed the monitoring research on the distribution and clinical manifestations of papillomatosis in cattle in western Ukraine and MR neoplasia in dogs. It wasestablished the peculiarities of their breed, age, sex and nosological structure. The state of immune responsiveness in cattle by papillomatosis MR was studied. It was proved that the use of biotherapy or its combination with Novocain therapy eliminates immunopathological reactions, improves the activity of cellular and humoral immunity factors that ensures no papillomatosis relapses for at least two years. For the first time in the national veterinary surgery it was presented clinical and morphological characteristics of the MR neoplasia in dogs using the international TNM classification of tumors and it was identified certain clinical, sonographic, cytological and histological criteria for differential diagnosis of their nosologic forms. It was grounded the comprehensive treatment of dogs with tumors of the breast with mastectomy improving by means of sewing and simultaneous reconstruction of operating wounds that can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and shorten healing. For the first time the application after adjuvant chemotherapy of drugs rehabilitation therapy (drugs "Hematon" and "Katozal"), which provides rapid elimination of side effects of cytostatic drugs and reduces the mortality of animals. It was introduced: the results of research are used in research and teaching works at faculties of higher educational institutions of III-IV accreditation levels.
