Essay

The scientific research is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of functioning of the system of students' educational work in higher pedagogical educational establishments. The current problems of education in higher pedagogical educational establishments have been analysed; the results of the analysis of methodological approaches (anthropological, axiological, synergetic, acmeological, cultural, personality-oriented, environmental, systemic) to the education of students in higher education have been expounded; the essence and structure of the system of educational work in higher pedagogical educational establishments have been specified. The system of educational work in HPEE has been defined as an organic integrity of the interacting components such as a conceptual idea, aim, tasks, contentive dominants, forms, methods and ways as well as relations that can be established between subjects of education - the process of human formation aimed at developing socially meaningful qualities, purposes, value orientations, and creation of favourable conditions for all-round development, self-improvement and creative realization of personality of a future teacher - a citizen, patriot, professional, intellectual, highly moral and spiritual personality. Theoretical and methodological foundations of organisation in the system of educational work in higher pedagogical educational establishments have been developed and they satisfy modern tendencies of education for a future teacher and they include the following levels: methodological (conceptual idea, patterns, principles, categories, approaches), theoretical (content, factors, functions, conditions, techniques), methodical (methods of diagnosis and monitoring) that ensure effectiveness of the system of educational work in in higher pedagogical educational establishments. The work reveals contentive dominants of education as a process of human formation, spiritual formation and culture formation and educational potential of educational process as well as the culture of interaction between subjects of educational system have been defined.
