Essay

The first time the methodology of drugs creation based on nanotechnology methods and surface physics was suggested. Developed substance «Concentrate dermal layer of the skin of pigs» and spray on its basis codenamed «Efial», which is on the third phase of clinical trials. Based on the physical, chemical, technological and pharmacological studies the technology of solution for injections “Lesfal”, which is approved for medical use, was developed. The possibility of using methods of surface physics in stepwise control of liposomal drugs was shown, first proposed rapid method for determining ethanol in parenteral solutions, which put into production in the units of PJSC “Farmak”. Developed quantification of peptides, which are part of spray “Efial” using TLC dot-transferred to nitrocellulose membrane sample of preparation followed by photometric densitometry. Defined quality indicators of the drugs and their storage terms and shelf life. Overview, depth and formulated requirements for production and quality control of liposomes, based on which for the first time in Ukraine developed general pharmacopoeia article “Liposomal drugs”, included in SPU 2.0. The novelty of the research is protected by 4 patents of Ukraine.
