Research object: processes of supply logistics management for country's cecurity and defence sector (CSDS) forces; the purpose of work: the development of theoretical and methodological provisions of the modeling of supply logistics management for CSDS forces and formation of a comprehensive set of interrelated economic and mathematical models that can contribute to optimization of their supply within a unified system of material and technical provision (SMTP); research methodology and instruments: the methods of logical analysis, synthesis, generalizations, decomposition, mathematical programming, graph theory, multicriteria optimization, cluster analysis, optimization of routes on the network, the multicriteria evaluation of alternatives, expert assessments, system approaches; theoretical and practical results: the concept of modeling of logistics management of supply for CSDS forces within a unified SMTP; conceptual models of supply logistics management for CSDS forces considering the hierarchical structure of the unified SMTP; methodological approach to optimization of financial flow management in the hierarchical structure of a unified SMTP; setting of dynamic task of supply management optimization by centralized and decentralized procurement of material resources and models of its implementing; methodological basics of impact assessment of resource security on levels of capability of organizational formations of CSDS forces; methodical approach to formation of a rational structure of a unified SMTP on a territorial basis; methodical approaches to formation of rational logistics infrastructure of a regional SMTP in case of presence or absence depots in the region; optimization model of material flow management within a logistics network on the basis of streaming algorithms; recursive optimization model of inventory management taking into account interrelated logistics processes in the supply channels; models of financial resources optimal allocation among CSDS forces using different types of performance criteria to optimize their capability levels; optimization models of procurement management in traditional or new suppliers; an optimization model of management of optimal distribution of stocks of material resources in an echeloned storage system; methodical approach to the optimization of the delivery of goods based multimodal transport and set delivery routes; the degree of introduction: developments were implemented in practice of governing bodies of different levels of hierarchy of SMTP of the internal troops of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine, the State border guard service of Ukraine, the MD of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service; the sphere of application: management of supply processes of CSDS forces.
