Essay

Dissertation is devoted to identify common patterns of changes in oligosaccharide structures of glycoconjugates and circadial gene expression, glycosidases/glycosyltransferases, fibronectin and its receptor gene expression in leukemic diseases. There was decreasing amount of glycoforms with terminal ?2,3-linked sialic acids of plasma ?1-acid glycoprotein and fibronectin in myeloproliferative neoplasms, increasing level of glycoforms ?1-acid glycoprotein that fibronectin, branched and abbreviated N-glycans in B-chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
