Riabeka O. Globalization changes in morphology of planetary world: socio-philosophical analysis

The thesis substantiates the prognostic concept of formation of the integral world system in the XXI century based on three major tendencies, leading to the ontological, informational and organizational unity of processes and products: network society, information society and organized society within the structure of the Global/World knowledge society. There appears a completely new organizational structure that is the planetary social organism: its essence is described as a contradiction between Planetary personality and Global knowledge society, the components of the organizational landscape are Global civil society, World state and World government; its functioning is supported by the system of self-regulation, promoting the generation of neolife; the formation of Noospheric personality and immaterial collective subjects - carriers of clear sociality - is on the agenda; the study of noosociogenesis quickly rises to the level of noocosmogenesis, as the planetary phyle of life gradually reaches Near Space and therefore needs adequate theoretical explanation.
