Essay

The thesis, a comparative analysis and identify new mechanisms of action of the antihypertensive and metabolic agents, and provides experimental and theoretical study ways to optimize the pharmacotherapeutic strategies regarding violations in hypertension through the creation of new combination regimens of drugs, including the antihypertensive and metabolic drugs. In rats with established hypertension high blood pressure, abnormal function of erythrocyte membranes, free radical lipid peroxidation of fatty acid content and at the ultrastructural level in all examined organs were fixed changes compared with normotensive rats. All antihypertensive agents when combined with metabolic drugs, compared to a monotherapy significantly reduced performance of the osmotic resistance of erythrocytes, fatty acids, quantitative and bulk density of mitochondria in cardiomyocytes, recovering the granules and the ratio of the number of atrial natriuretic peptide in rats with arterial hypertension. Established additional use metabolic means (angiolin, elgatsin, quercetin, thiotriazoline) with strong antioxidant effect makes them promising for combination therapy of hypertension with antihypertensive drugs (nebivolol, perindopril, indapamide, nifedipine), as it allows us to provide the suppression of multiple pathogenic mechanisms of hypertension namely selectively provide hypotensive, energy, metabolic effect and implement protective action.
