Novelty: for the first time, the content of the methodology of strategic regulation of the migration movement of the population as a set of scientific approaches, principles, methods, tools and models aimed at increasing the efficiency of the national migration policy is determined and disclosed. the concept of strategic regulation of the migration movement of the population is theoretically substantiated; the methodical approach to the substantiation of the vector of regulatory influence in the field of internal forced migration is suggested on the basis of scenario modeling using cognitive maps; a methodical approach to the integration and adaptation of migrants is proposed; the system of principles on which the formation and implementation of the state migration policy should be based, methodological approaches to the formation of migration policy through the regulated development of the concept of circular migration, scientific and methodical principles of the formation of analytical support for the development and implementation of the strategic foundations of socio-economic support of the HPE as a component of the strategic mechanism regulation of migration movement of the population, theoretical and methodical approaches to the formation of strategic priorities of the state migration Policy, organizational and economic mechanism providing strategic regulation of social and economic support IDPs, strategy of social and economic support IDPs, organizational and methodological principles of state programming in strategic regulation of migration population.
