Object of research: processes of formation, preservation and increase of health of children population. Objective: to develop theoretical and methodological principles for the formation of socio-economic foundations of the health of the children's population of Ukraine and to substantiate practical recommendations for the development and implementation of the concept of the formation of the health of the children's population of Ukraine on the basis of certain directions of change of its level in order to reduce economic losses due to health losses. children's population, as well as to ensure the effective reproduction of the nation's gene pool in conditions of constructing a creative economy. Methods: monographic, analytical, statistical, theoretical comparison, economic analysis, generalization, graphical and tabular, taxonomy, index and matrix, cluster analysis, sociological analysis, program-target. Novelty: for the first time the concept of formation of health of the children's population of Ukraine was substantiated; the meaning of the concept of "health of the children's population" is formulated; Three-level losses due to children's suicide were identified due to the classification and structuring of child suicidal behavior factors; the classification of children's health losses as a kind of partial losses of human capital is proposed; the model of the organization of the health of lifelong education during the life is substantiated; the scientific and methodological principles of forming the health of the children's population on the main components of health, methodological bases for assessing the formation of the health of the child population through the use of the author's methodical approach, methodological approaches to the identification of two groups of risks, methodological bases for assessing the double influence of the latest information- communication technologies for the health of the adult and child population.
