Zvonar V. Social Responsibility Formation and Implementation in Ukraine

Object – social responsibility as an objectively necessary element and a factor in the development of socio-economic relations in Ukraine; goal – to create the theoretical basis for the formation and implementation of social responsibility as a complex socioeconomic phenomenon with the justification of priority directions and ways of ensuring its practical use for the needs of socio-economic development of Ukraine; methods – scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, historical-logical, abstract-logical, classification-analytical, statistical, economic-mathematical, comparisons and analogies, system approach; novelty – the methodological principles of the economic-humanistic theory of social responsibility that justify the extrapolation of behavioral, social and economic aspects of the interaction of the subjects of market relations with the institutional mechanisms of regulation of social development in the direction of strengthening and continuous reproduction of the economic significance of public trust, solidarity, cohesion, and civil activism are substantiated; the objectivity of the existence of complex interconnections between the attributes of economic subjectivity and the socially responsible instructions of participants in economic processes is proved; the economic model of implementation of social responsibility is proposed, the complex interaction of which components is provided by the interactive effect of socio-economic instruments of social development on the relationship between economic entities and their economic behavior; theoretical and practical results – a new scientific direction is formed consisting in integration of theoretical-economic, methodical-analytical and organizational principles of formation and implementation of polysubject social responsibility as a complex socioeconomic phenomenon in Ukraine; the basic elements of the strategy of realization of social responsibility as a socioeconomic phenomenon in Ukraine are outlined; the results of the research are implemented into an economic practice.
