The dissertation is theoretically generalized and proposes a new solution to the scientific problem of creating and using Web-technologies in foreign language training for students of higher education institutions. The developed method, which contributes to the improvement of the educational process efficiency, is substantiated and experimentally verified. The theoretical and practical analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the research problem is carried out.
Topics and situations, language actions and language training material for communication in the field of professional intercourse (personal identification; general working environment and everyday work; relationships with colleagues and clients; business trips; international conferences, meetings, discussions, health and personal safety, contracts and agreements, products and services, company / information on the structural unit; language material (phonetic, lexical, grammatical, orthographic), rules of its design and skills of its operating; complex of special (language) skills that characterize the level of foreign language mastering as a means of communication in intercultural situations; system of knowledge of national-cultural features and realities of the country of studying language are revealed as the main elements and features of non-linguistics students' foreign language training.
The focus on the information transfering, and not on the development of the student's personality; the application of teaching technologies, designed for the average student without taking into account his/her individual psychological characteristics, in particular, differences in the perception and processing of information; provision of training, mainly due to pedagogical influence without taking into account the psychological factor; limited number of instructor-led classes; reduction of the quality of educational-methodical literature; obsolescence of teaching methods and techniques; lack of effective system monitoring and education quality control; ineffective use of audiovisual aids, multimedia and educational Web technologies in the teaching process; low level of students motivation to study a foreign language, which requires the development of new approaches to improving the foreign language training of non-linguistics students are revealed as the main shortcomings of the organization of foreign language training of non-linguistics students.
The classification of educational Web technologies taking into account the mode of communication, the degree of interactivity, teaching functions is developed.
On the basis of parameters characterizing a particular virtual reality in the structure of educational Web technologies, pros and cons of its use in foreign language training of non-linguistics profile students.
The system of adaptive training of foreign language of students of non-linguistic profile students on the basis of educational Web technologies (SATFL) was substantiated and developed.
In developing the methodology for improving the foreign language training of non-linguistics students by means of educational Web technologies, a technique was proposed for reducing the level of anxiety and the technology of emotional support by neutralizing destructive emotional states of students.
The described impacts are achieved by means of use of a computer polygraph to control the psycho-emotional state of students; providing educational tasks that correspond to the level of students knowledge; the use of incentive replicas that accompany the implementation of intermediate and final computer tests; musical-functional communication with the help of instrumental relaxation music, which is located on specialized sites; trusted conversations with students on the benefits of using Web technologies in learning foreign languages; switching to emotionally positive thoughts, images.
The developed method of determining the dominant channel of perception of information by means of a computer voice polygraph allows students to be divided according to the channels of information perception into three groups (audials, visuals, kinesthetics).
The method of controlling the students' progress on the basis of adaptive Web-based tests, which have block adaptation is developed.
The educational and methodical support of the system of adaptive training of non-linguictics students profile based on educational Web-technologies is developed.
