Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles of special psychological knowledge and practical recommendations regarding the application of special psychological knowledge in the process of jurisdiction aimed at further improvement of this direction of thesis. It presents a meaningful generalization and provides a structural and functional model for using special psychological knowledge in the process of jurisdiction. It is substantiated that theoretical knowledge and knowledge in the process of jurisdiction differ in their subject and method, namely: the subject of theoretical knowledge is boundless, it consists of new entities, patterns of development of nature and society; the subject of jurisdictional knowledge is limited by the requirements of the law, it is not connected with new entities and expressed in the immanent jurisdictional process of concepts, and the result of reflection in such knowledge may not only not coincide with reality, but also be a distortion of it. It is proved that knowledge in the process of jurisdiction is a multilevel system of various methods and tools that are used for: the establishment of psychophysiological mechanisms of interaction of the subject of knowledge with objective reality; accumulation of the worldview of knowledge through the fundamental philosophical principles of scientific perception and transformation of reality; definition of a system of dialectically interconnected and interconnected general scientific, private and special methods of cognition; taking into account the logical forms of knowledge, which is a system of knowledge about the laws and forms of thinking in the application of certain methods of cognition; the involvement of technical means that expand the cognitive capabilities of the subject of knowledge.
