Ryndzak O. Migration policy in the system of integration processes of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of theoretical and methodological bases of research of migration policy, and also to development of practical recommendations concerning its formation and realization in system of integration processes of Ukraine. The conceptual and terminological bases of migration policy are developed, the evolution of theoretical approaches to the study of migration policy is traced, the connection of migration, migration policy and integration processes is revealed, the basic models of migration integration policy are analysed. The goals, tasks, functions of migration policy and the principles of its formation are specified, the institutional support of migration policy and the mechanisms of its implementation in the context of modern integration challenges are investigated. The migration policy of Ukraine in the dimension of the transformations of international and internal migration is analysed, factors and motives of external migration of economically active population of Ukraine are identified, peculiarities of internal migration and forced displacement in Ukraine are considered, main problems of adaptation of internally displaced persons in the regions are highlighted. The methodology of estimation of migration potential as an object of migration policy is developed, diagnostics of effects of external migration is carried out, theoretical and methodological bases of research of intergenerational private transfers in system of the analysis of objects of migration policy are developed. Integration drivers of the development of a modern migration policy are defined, conceptual bases of formation and realization of the state migration policy of Ukraine are developed, the ways of realization of the principle «migration for the common good» as a priority of migration policy of the state are offered, the concept of inhibition of migration losses of human potential is substantiated.
