Essay

The thesis provides a theoretical generalization and scientific solution to the problem of preparing social workers for professional activity in the conditions of innovative educational environment of the University. The theoretical and methodological analysis of training of social workers in the conditions of innovative educational environment of the University at the general scientific, specific scientific and special scientific levels is carried out; the essence and characterological features of the concepts «educational environment of the university», «innovative educational environment of the university» are specified; It is proved that the model of scientific and methodological support for training social workers for professional activities and conditions for updating the innovative potential of future specialists in the innovative educational environment of the University is effective; there have been defined the essence and the content of methodical system to ensure functioning of the innovative educational environment of the University; the criteria (resource-environmental, personal- activity) and indicators are defined is characterized. It is proved that the model of scientific and methodological support for training social workers for professional activities and conditions for updating the innovative potential of future specialists in the innovative educational environment of the University is effective.
