Essay

Based on the analysis of philosophical, psychological and educational literature, the theoretical and methodological principles of the future teachers training for moral and spiritual education of preschool children by means of fiction defined and scientifically grounded from the standpoint of approaches. Is specified the essence of the concepts: "future educators preparation for moral and spiritual education of preschoolers by means of fiction", "moral and spiritual education of preschoolers". Criteria, indicators of future educators training for moral and spiritual education of modern preschool children by means of fiction are substantiated. The levels of readiness of future educators for moral and spiritual education of preschoolers by means of fiction are determined and characterized. The dependence of efficiency of the educational process on the optimal choice of methods, forms, means of teaching, of the activity of actors, strength of assimilation of theoretical knowledge from practice, nature of interaction of teacher and students in educational process is shown. Is theoretically grounded the structural and functional model of the future teachers training to moral and spiritual education of preschool children by means of fiction. A method of the future educators training for moral and spiritual education of preschoolers by means of fiction has been developed. The pedagogical conditions of the future educators training for moral and spiritual education of preschoolers by means of fiction are determined as these that enable realization of the research concept. Implementation of the methodology involves integration of content, forms and methods.
