The work is devoted to the development of the theory of increasing the efficiency of operation of vehicles in complex production systems with different modes of transport on the basis of economic efficiency. In the work on the basis of the analysis and features of functioning and operation of vehicles of different types mathematical models and methods of construction and transformation of difficult production systems with use of their structural index are developed that allows to define quantity of structural levels of the considered system. The theoretical bases of technology of reduction of harmful influence on environment from operation of motor vehicles are finished in the work. A method of modeling the parameters of the upper structure of railway tracks for the passage of heavy and bulky goods is proposed. The model of stability of a motor vehicle and admissible speed of movement in the most loaded production systems, which allows to determine rational modes of operation of trucks
