Revenko D. Models and methods of diagnostics and management of stability of socio-economic systems

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions of development and implementation of a complex of economic and mathematical models of diagnostics and management of stability of socio-economic systems. The methodological principles of modeling of stability of socio-economic systems of different levels are defined and systematized in the work. Particular attention is given to the development of deterministic, stochastic and structural models and methods of stability analysis of macroeconomic, sectoral and microeconomic systems. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that, in contrast with the existing approaches of the modeling of sustainability, a single set of principles, methods and models of evaluation, analysis and maintenance of socio-economic systems of different levels and scales has been developed. The concept of modeling of diagnostics and management of stability of socio-economic systems, which combines a complex of deterministic, stochastic and structural models and methods of diagnostics of stability of the enterprise and its external environment, which allows to develop and implement effective management decisions aimed at increasing sustainability, is substantiated. The method of stability analysis of the structure of the macroeconomic system based on the application of the table «costs - issue», as well as graph theory, which allows to evaluate the state of stability of the structure of the macroeconomic system and provide information support about the state of the external environment of the enterprise.
