The object of study is the processes of development of the system of social and labor relations in the agricultural sector of the economy. The purpose of the dissertation is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the study of agricultural social and labor relations and on this basis - a holistic scientific concept for the development of social and labor relations in the agricultural sector of the economy. Research methods: dialectical method, abstract-logical method, historical method, system approach, monographic method, modeling, statistical-economic, economic-mathematical, experimental, balance, SWOT-analysis, calculation-constructive method. Theoretical results: are to develop conceptual and methodological support for the development of social and labor relations in the agricultural sector of the economy based on the definition of employment imperatives, regulation of wages, economic activity of employers and the development of social partnership in the industry. Practical results: theoretical and methodological provisions, conclusions and scientific and practical recommendations of the dissertation are the scientific basis for the formation and implementation of tactical and strategic directions of development of social and labor relations in the agricultural sector, coordination of social and agricultural policy. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the systemological approach to formation and development of social and labor relations in agrarian sector of economy is substantiated, essential-criterion bases of indicative estimation of development of social and labor relations in agrarian sector of economy and system-dynamic approach in monitoring methodology are investigated. proposed scientific and methodological tools for integrated assessment of the quality of working life in agricultural enterprises, substantiated the procedure for implementation in the system of social and labor relations in the agricultural sector of the land economy; improved: theoretical and methodological principles of forming an institutional mechanism for regulating social and labor relations in the agricultural sector of the economy, methodological foundations of social dialogue in the agricultural sector of the economy, scientific and practical approach to substantiating social and labor and economic imperatives of agricultural employers, conceptual approach development of the labor market segment in the agricultural sector of the economy, quantitative and forecasting principles of investment support for the creation of new jobs in the agricultural sector of the economy; received further development: dialectical and paradigmatic principles of development of social and labor relations, methodological bases of research of development of social and labor relations in agrarian sector of economy, systematization of conceptual directions of collective-contractual regulation of social and labor relations in agrarian sector of economy, development of scenario-empirical approach rational employment in the agricultural sector of the economy, institutional and organizational principles of wage regulation and development of social partnership in agricultural enterprises, strategic imperatives for the development of social and labor relations in various types of agricultural employers.
