Tarandushka L. Scientific basics of assurance the quality of technological processes of restoration of vehicles' serviceability in systems of car service centers. - Qualifying scientific work on the rights of the manuscript

The thesis is devoted to solving the problem of ensuring the appropriate level of safety, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of vehicles in operation by improving the quality of technological processes to restore their efficiency, taking into account socio-economic efficiency in car service systems at micro-, macro- and meta- levels. The thesis gives the grounds on the common methods of evaluating the quality of car service system considering the necessary morphological features. In the dissertation the general methodology of quality functioning car service system`s estimation with taking into account necessary morphological signs, on the basis of nonlinear model of Sugeno logical system derivation is substantiated. It is determined that for the studied enterprises of technical service of different types the change of parameters values of functional elements gives the chance to increase the level of technological processes quality of vehicles' restoration of serviceability from to 48,1%. Calculation method of social-economic effectiveness of the work of car service system was developed, it takes into account fifteen morphological features of its functional elements.
