Essay

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of forming a health-preserving educational environment in classical universities. The dissertation reveals the role and importance of a health-preserving educational environment of a classical university for the optimization of the educational process. The concept of forming a health-preserving educational environment in a classical university is scientifically substantiated. The expediency of using a set of approaches to solve the problem of forming a health-preserving educational environment of a classical university, namely: systemic, synergetic, environmental, axiological, personality-oriented, resource, ergonomic, competence-oriented, holistic, is proved. The genesis of the idea of health care of students has been studied. Relevant ideas of progressive representatives of scientific and pedagogical thought are singled out, which should be taken into account to solve the problem of health care in modern educational institutions. The terminological field of research is concretized, the essence and health-preserving educational environment of classical university is clarified and the content of its structural components is defined: the essence of basic concepts of research “health”, “health preservation”, “environment”, “educational environment” is revealed. “Health-preserving educational environment”, "health-preserving competence”). The author's approach to the interpretation of the concept of health-preserving educational environment of the classical university is provided. It is defined as a set of managerial, organizational and educational conditions aimed at the formation, strengthening and preservation of physical, psychological, social and spiritual health and adaptation of university students through the use of psychological and pedagogical , socio-pedagogical, valeological and medical-physiological means and methods of support of the educational process, prevention of risk factors for health, organization of a set of extracurricular health and preventive measures. The structure of the health-preserving educational environment includes such components: (subsystems) spatial-subject, organizational-managerial, personal-psychological, content-technological components, which in the context of health-preservation have specifics in designing the educational process, determining its content, resources, etc. The parameters of the state of formation of the health-preserving educational environment of the classical university are determined: dominance; conceptuality; comfort; humanity; democracy; mobility; optimality; knowledge; social orientation; openness. The essence of health-preserving competence of higher education seekers and the content of its structural components (personal-value, theoretical and practical, reflective-evaluative) are clarified. The system of formation of the health-preserving educational environment of the classical university which contains four interconnected blocks is scientifically substantiated: conceptual-target; technological and procedural; monitoring and corrective. A criterion base of research has been developed, which is aimed at checking the effectiveness of experimental work on the impact of the implementation of scientific and methodological support of the HEE formation system on the level of GC of students, which is formed by the following criteria and indicators: intentional-axiological; information and cognitive; activity-behavioral; personal resource. A model has been developed and the effectiveness of the scientific and methodological support of the developed system of forming a health-preserving educational environment of the classical university has been experimentally tested. The positive influence of the introduced scientific and methodological support of the system of formation of the health-preserving educational environment on the level of GC formation in students is experimentally proved. The obtained theoretical and practical results form the basis for its further study in terms of finding ways to improve the health-preserving education environment in the context of expanding external health-preserving resources, as well as innovative health-preserving forms, methods, tools, technologies of training and upbringing , as well as the development of a set of measures that can provide a systematic education of students in health-preserving culture.
