Bondarevska K. Strategy of implementation of social security in the labor market of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological bases of the systematic research of social security in the labor market and practical recommendations for the development of a strategy of implementation of social security in the labor market of Ukraine. The theoretical basis of the research of social security in the labor market and the definitions that define its essence are developed, the scientific approaches to the separation of levels of social security in the labor market are improved and its components are substantiated, the conceptual bases of the mechanism of institutional provision of social security in the labor market are determined. The tendencies of development of the world and national labor market that determine the stage of its social security are analyzed; a comprehensive rating assessment of the level of social security in the labor market of Ukraine in the regional dimension is carried out. The parameters of informal employment and the consequences of its impact on labor market security are studied, the social security of youth and elderly people in the labor market in the context of diagnosing the threat of unemployment is characterized, the diagnostics of threats in the sphere of labor payment is carried out and ways of their overcoming are defined. The conceptual bases of the assessment of prospects of neutralization of the key threats to social security in the labor market of Ukraine are substantiated, key threats to social security in the national labor market using methods of economic and mathematical modeling are identified, and the simulation model of the strategy of social security in the labor market is developed. The conceptual bases of development of the multilevel strategy of social security in the labor market are proved, the directions of realization of the strategy of implementation of social security in the labor market of Ukraine and its regions are offered; the strategic priorities of social security in the intrafirm labor market are developed.
