Serhiienko O. Theoretical and methodological foundations for modeling the development of complex hierarchical systems in the economy.

The dissertation is devoted to the development and substantiation of theoretical and methodologi-cal bases of modeling the design of complex hierarchical systems (CHS) for the development of intelli-gence economy in a high level of uncertainty, stochastic environment and the nonlinear nature of socio-economic processes aimed at solving problems of controlled development by implementing them in the form of decision support systems and improving management quality based on innovation and investment activities stimulation on the basis of the development virality. The developed concept of CHS development mechanisms modeling is based on the position of complex dynamic nature of processes, the necessity to use an aggregate set of development mechanisms for each of the studied systems and subsystems taking into account the specifics of distinctive processes based on integrated efficiency criteria, taking into account not only quantitative and qualitative results, but also the stakeholders and partners satisfaction degree and which are realized through methods and models of functional, organizational, motivational and institutional management.
