In the dissertation work the actual, important for maintenance of effective functioning of civil and military fleets of Ukraine, a scientific problem of improving of efficiency of operation of multipurpose autonomous floating apparatus is decided. The problem is decided on the basis of synthesis of new and improvement of the existing equipment of ship electric power and control systems, development of their mathematical, hardware, information and software, in particular – automated control systems of electric propulsion complexes of multipurpose ships, methods of modelling their efficiency of operation and repair.
