Essay

The relevance of the dissertation is due to the need for socio-philosophical understanding of the transformation of social reality in the context of Industry 4 production, when the dissemination of information has been established as one of the priorities of symbolic production. The global dimension of the current period of society has transformed the potential of information and communication technologies into a permanent factor in the development of social institutions, and information control has given a new look to the strategy of managing social processes. A separate area of realization of the possibilities of socio-philosophical analysis of informatization of society is the comprehension of stable constructs in the structures of everyday life of contemporaries, which took place under the influence of the global information and communication system. However, when considering this problem, it is worth pointing out the value of socio-philosophical reflection, given the changes in social life under the influence of information and communication shifts in the «digital» society. The dynamic nature of socio-cultural representations of the world determines the interdisciplinary nature of this work, the purpose of which is to explicate the structural-constructive and structural-functional features of socio-cultural worlds in modern society in the era of global communications. The dissertation involved the use of specific methods: historical and comparative (identification of ideological and theoretical preconditions and features of application of the concept of sociocultural worlds), systemic (in the study of social reality and its cultural component; in the analysis of information and communication system of society; consequences of information and communication technologies on modern symbolic production of society), structural and functional analysis (methods of world creation) and phenomenological (when considering «biographical situations» and the phenomenon of the intentional world). The informatization, mediatization, visualization and other socio-cultural forms of society in the modern world lead to increased intensity of communicative interactions, resulting in an increase uncertainty in accordance with the increase in information, which determines the current development of different socio-cultural worlds; it is noted that the spread of information and computer technology contributes to the construction of a multiple social field, and the conditions of modern society are characterized by new forms of subjectivity, which has an identical nature, socio-instrumental subjectivity, manifested in the creation of bots, intellectual agents and others ways to simulate human activity on the Web. The current tendencies of increasing the scale of significance of the information and communication system contribute to the creation of a neontological (virtual) form of the socio-cultural world, constructed according to the disposition of users and their interest in maintaining communication; it is emphasized on the idea that the dispositional nature of the «environment» of living space in modern society corresponds to eidetic-instrumental, rather than identity-regulatory structures of communication. The structural and constructive features of the socio-cultural dimension of social interaction are explained by the correlation of ideal constructs of community in the daily existence of the individual and the community and intersubjective a priori their perception and evaluation. Thus, the concepts of socio-cultural world and phenomena of the socio-cultural worlds are different. On the one hand, they engage in discourses of geopolitical redistribution, and in their application the universalism of socio-cultural life forms of humanity breaks down into isolated in time and space civilizational-historical types of social interaction, which seem to absorb the originality of regional identities. From the opposite point of view, which will contribute to the humanistic and universalist tradition of social and humanitarian knowledge, it should be noted that when in social dynamics there is a transition from the «globalizing world» to a world where the negative effects of globalization are obvious, socio-philosophical analysis of sociocultural provides opportunities to identify the features of the socio-cultural dimension of interactions in modern society, helping to understand the importance of the benefits and advantages that give social progress the principles of diversity, equality, accessibility, and the rejection of understanding that the world is only a place of natural values and resources. Keywords: social reality, sociocultural world, sociocultural worlds, sociocultural dynamics, symbolic production, network community, information and communication system, aberration of communicative reality, worldview and value preferences.
