Essay

The dissertation study is devoted to the development of the theory and educational practice of the use of information technologies in the development of personalities in the Republic of Poland. The historical stages of the use of information technologies in the development of individuals in the Republic of Poland are revealed. In the course of the study, five chronological stages of their historical development are identified, namely: I stage – the middle of the XX century – 1980 – the beginning of the use of computer devices in information technology; II stage – 1981 – the end of the 80s of the twentieth century – improvement of information technology, the emergence and development of the personal computer; III stage – the beginning of the 90s of the XX century – 1991 – the development of information technologies, their transition from the field of mathematical calculations to the communication sphere; IV stage – 1992 – the end of XX century – modernization of information technologies, their mobility and accessibility; V stage – 2001 – till now – the growth of information technologies, their mass, virtualization of relationships. This necessitates paying considerable attention to the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the use of information technology in the development of individuals. Scientific substantiation was carried out and the system of personality development using information technologies was characterized. It was determined that the structural components of the personality development system using information technologies are content, procedural, organizational, individual, and informational components. At the same time, each of these components is a subsystem and a system of a lower order, which includes: content components (knowledge, skills, skills, values); procedural components (preschool education, school education, extracurricular education, higher education, adult education); organizational components (normative and legal, content, personnel, methodical and material and technical conditions); individual components (needs, motives, abilities, qualities); information components (virtual space, software, technical support, information resources). The organizational and pedagogical conditions of the use of information technologies in the development of personalities in the aspect of various components are revealed. It was established that in the development of personalities, they have a 5- component structure, which includes the following components: normative and legal (the presence of normative and legal documents for the use of information technologies), content (improving the content of the educational process the use of information technologies), staffed by highly qualified teaching staff who information technologies), methodical (proper methodological support for the use of information technologies) and material and technical (availability of the financial and material and technical base for the use of information technologies). Features of the educational practice of using information technologies by individuals with special educational needs in the Republic of Poland are presented. The main directions of educational practice of using information technologies by persons with special educational needs in the Republic of Poland are determined. Among them are health, social and economic, which have a positive impact on the development of persons with special educational needs in the process of using information technology. The level of personal development with the use of information technology was experimentally tested. The pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of the developed methodology of pedagogical assessment of personal development by cognitive, activity, motivational and emotional components with high, medium and low levels. It was found that the level of personal development, taking into account the use of information technology in the experimental groups compared to the control groups increased. Recommendations for improving the use of information technologies in personality development in Ukraine based on the best educational practices of the Republic of Poland have been developed. It is established that among the prospects of using the experience of the Republic of Poland for the development of education in Ukraine are their organizational, educational, informational and technical aspects.
