The present dissertation investigates the place and significance of pedagogical ergonomics as a branch of pedagogic science. The pedagogical ergonomics is a branch of modern pedagogics. The conception of ergonomization the teaching process at higher school has been elaborated and scientifically grounded. A theoretical model of ergonomization is laid as a foundation for organization and administration of teaching process at higher school. The main results of the research have been introduced at higher school.
