In the dissertation the teoretical and experimental substa- tion of ways of medical preventive maintenance of hypoxia of the closed spase in a heating up microclimate. The complex researches have shown, that in a basis of patho- genesis of the investigated from of hypoxic syndrome is wide- spread membranopathy, which is caused by infrigement of the oxidizing-antioxidanting homoeostasis on a background of ac- celeration of an arachidonic acid metabolism.
