The dissertation is devoted to the increase in the prosthodontic treatment effectiveness by restoration of adaptive capacity of the oral cavity organs and improvement of complete removable laminar dentures manufacturing in 90 patients with completely absent dentition (30 patients were treated according to the generally accepted method of the prosthodontic treatment and 60 patients were treated according to the improved method). The control group consisted of 30 individuals without denture defects and with treated oral cavity. A comprehensive assessment of the electrobiological activity and the symmetry of musculus masseter and musculus temporalis work was provided according to the characteristics of surface electromyography and tactile sensitivity of the oral cavity mucosa, the indicators of oral stereognosis. A method of stimulation of a group of muscles providing precise coordination of masticatory muscles was developed and applied, and its effectiveness in terms of surface electromyography and oral stereognosis was proved. The process of adaptation to complete removable laminar dentures by the patients with completely absent dentition was proved to be better and more effective secondary to the stimulation of a group of muscles providing precise coordination of masticatory muscles.
