Matchuk I. Digital Diplomacy as a Factor of Ukraine’s Interaction with Neighboring Member States of the EU.

The dissertation is devoted to research of features of digital technologies implementation in the field of the international relations and to definition of their influence on transformation of the international actors’ foreign policy. The objects selected for the applied analysis of the digital diplomacy implementation for the purposes of furthering regional and international cooperation are Ukraine which has resorted to intensifying use of digital diplomacy tools in its foreign policy initiatives promotion and shows a significant scientific and technological potential for further development in this area, as well as European neighboring countries that demonstrate a similar online activity in the realm of foreign policy, namely, the Republic of Poland successfully using digital solutions to promote its own foreign policy ideas and projects; the Slovak Republic actively implementing digital diplomacy to build the country's image online; the Czech Republic demonstrating a good practice of incorporating digital solutions into its foreign policy strategy; Hungary starting to use the digital diplomacy principles to promote the country among the international audiences.
